Helping Veterans With Business Development

Fred Camillio, executive director of Business Development for Veterans, talks about his organization, which is engaged in an exciting new endeavor helping veterans build new opportunities for themselves and others. Camillo is also a state representative from Greenwich.

According to Camillo, Business Development for Veterans was created to provide veterans with grants to help them build a business or expand a business. All the capital is raised from private sources.

Business Development for Veterans is a 501(c)(3) organization and works with the Glastonbury-based SCORE program, which has volunteers that offer small business owners free business training, counseling and workshops.
