Rachel Lutzker

A familiar face to Connecticut commuters, Rachel Lutzker, appears daily on the award-winning FoxCT morning news.

Rachel is the traffic reporter for the Fox CT Morning News weekdays from 5 a.m. – 9 a.m. She provides traffic reports for Clear Channel stations WWYZ, WKSS, WHCN, WELI and WPOP and serves as evening host on Clear Channel Radio’s WHCN The River.

Rachel began her broadcasting career as a traffic reporter for several Hartford-area radio and television stations. In 2001, Lutzker moved to New York City as a dedicated traffic reporter for WCBS-TV. While in New York, Rachel was the traffic reporter for non-stop coverage during September 11th attacks. In 2002, She returned to Connecticut for the launch of TimeSaver Traffic on WFSB-TV, WHCN, WPHH, WWYZ and WKSS.

In 2009, Rachel was featured on 2 episodes of TLC’s “Say Yes to the Dress” which followed her search for her wedding dress and even her wedding.

Rachel graduated from the University of Hartford and still remains actively involved with many events for the University and the School of Communication. She lives in the Hartford area with her husband, young daughter and Siberian Husky, Symba.
